Phoenix, AZ– A semi tractor trailer collided with a Saturn sedan, killing the driver of the sedan.  Monday morning the tractor trailer was traveling southbound on Interstate 17 near Happy Valley Road at about 60 miles per hour.  The collision occurred at about 4:15 a.m. when the Saturn entered the freeway at Happy Valley Road.  The Saturn was hit on the driver’s side of the car, killing Brian P.
