Stephen Izzo, 26, failed to show up for court on Monday.  Izzo, who was recently brought to the limelight by being punched out by “Jersey Shore” cast member Ronnie Ortiz Labor Day weekend last year, has a warrant issued for his arrest after not making his court appearance Monday, which was for charges of assault and resisting arrest.
Izzo was arrested in April, charged with resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, and driving while intoxicated.  He was also arrested in May on charges of assault and resisting arrest.  The May arrest was why he was scheduled to appear in court on Monday.  There is now a warrant out for his arrest.
